Big Day Bubbles utilizes a custom crush facility right outside Napa, California to produce and bottle our signature Rose. We usually bottle 3-4 times a year to ensure these bubbles POP! Our state-of-the-art custom application process adds the personalization moments before shipping and provides a lifetime of memories.
Tell Me About the Bubbles!
Our California Brut Rose is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot noir. Radiant pink in color, with a vibrant nose of fresh berries, lemon zest, stone fruit and warm spices. On the palate our bubbles have a strong core of sweet strawberry and tart tangerine flavors. The mouthfeel is creamy with a very bright, refreshing finish.
Who We Are
Even after a storied 20+ year career in the wine business, excelling at everything from creating and managing beverage programs at Michelin starred restaurants to running blue chip distributor sales teams, Jason was perplexed that he was unable to find special bubbles for his big day. He didn’t want the most expensive bottles, nor the most well-known bubbles, but something that just screamed different! Something that will be remembered. Something just for him, his bride and their guests. But there is nothing like that available in the market until now. Big Day Bubbles has been born!
Soon after Jason’s vision began to take shape, he brought on a long-time industry friend. Stu has over 25 years’ experience in the wine and spirits industry, ranging from importing to e-commerce to business development and practically everything in between.
